Alright, so here's my idea...
There's this group of teenagers, they were taken away from their families by the government and tests were done on them. The tests seemed harmless at first, just really hard math questions, ad physical abilities, but then they turned painful. It was as if they were being beaten. Some were hurt more than others, scared deeper than skin and bone.
The teens then learn that they have powers, powers like no one has ever seen before. They manage to escape from the facility. Now there are agents after them to take them back for more testing, and everyone the teens come into contact with will them be in danger too. The teens have to find a way to be free; free from the government, free from their powers; free from their memories.
If my description wasn't very clear just let me know and I'll clear anything up.
It might take me a while to answer, so sorry in advanced.

You can have more than on charrie if you want, but not so many it's hard to keep track of.
You know, basic rules of soaping, I'm not too hard on people.
There can be romance if you'd like, but I'm not really good with mxm and fxf... It's just not my forte.

Looks: 5'8", 138 lbs, light complected(heritage still shows), black hair with one white streak, brown eyes, dark jeans, white shoes, green T-shirt, black and white striped hoodie
Personality: Friendly to those he trusts, caring, protective, quiet with new people, smart
Powers: pyro and shadow-kenises (this causes black fire), can teleport short (50m) distances
Others: Slight neat freak, he never knew his parents, likes cookies(I feel like this could prove a little humorous at times.) -

Gender (oh my god forgot to add this in the sheet sorry): female
Age: 15
Level: 3
Looks: long black hair, green eyes, pale skin, 5 foot 8 inches. Really skinny because she hardly ate when she was being tested.
Personality: it changes a lot from seeming mentally unstable, to fun and happy. It depends on what's going through her mind.
Power: she can control people who have a weak mind (so like the Jedi mind trick xD) but she HATES to use that power.
Other: I think I'll leave it as a surprise >:3 muhahahs
Name: Morgan Aldrez
Age: 18
Level: 1
Looks: shaggy brown hair, deep brown eyes, usually wears dark clothes, tall, 6 foot 3 inches. He's very strong.
Personality: he's kind of a wild card, does what he likes, he can be friendly with the people he knows, but hard on new people. In bad situations he kind of goes commando and he's emotionless. Sometimes he goes through a bit of depression.
Powers: has super strength
Others: he's Melanie's cousin. -

(We can do romance if you want. (Please mxf! Thank you.) Um... we could jump straight in and they happen to be having a rare cafeteria meal and decide to break out together, then we'll let it go from there.)

Melanie is sitting down at a table in and empty cafeteria. She stares blankly down at her food; she doesn't feel hungry at all. She knows that she's being watched carefully. She hates everyone who is watching her.
Morgan finally makes his way into the cafeteria along with four guards. It's been a while since he's eaten with anyone else and he cant wait to see his cousin again. He hadn't seen her in a while. Morgan then makes his way to the kitchen and he begins to pile food on his plate. -
Damien followed the gaurd in front of him from where he had gotten his food. Not much, but he wasn't planning on eating much anyway. "Sit there." The gaurd pointed towards where a girl sat, staring at her food. "We'll be back for you in an hour."
"If you're lucky, you'll drop dead before that." Damien muttered as he walked to where the girl sat. He knew they were watching, they always were. He was curious to see what they had planned this time, making him sit near this girl in an empty cafeteria, with a seemingly unlimited supply of empty seats. -
Melanie looked up and she say a boy. He had black hair with a white streak in it, and brown eyes. She knew that the boy was coming over to sit next to her. Her eyes flickered down to her food then back up at the boy. Her green eyes were blood shot as if she ha been crying just before she had came into the room. Her black hair fell in front of her face a little. Her eyes were dull and she seemed tired and exhausted.
Morgan was done getting all of his food and a guard spoke up, telling him to go sit next to Melanie. He sighed when he saw his cousin and he quickly made his way over to her, and he saw another boy.
