It took him a moment to realize that she was there. Sliding the book in his bag he grabbed it and slung it over his shoulder. "You ready?" He asked with a tilted head slightly.
-
She nodded lightly and stood up. "I'm ready..." she smiled at him and picked up her bag. "I forgot to ask...your place or mine...?" She tilted her head at him, causing a bit more of her hair to get into her face.
-
Xavier had to look away his hands urging to fix it for her. "I live at the old Caster's Mansion.. I've heard it's story and I doubt you want to go there." He had found out the old manor was full of 'haunts' and bad reputation in the local town.
-
She shook her head. "I don't mind, I've always thought of that place as interesting." She smiled a bit more and started walking. "I'm guessing I'll be driving you there?"
-
He started walking along side her but had to slow his strides to match hers. "Sadly. My Jeep isn't here yet and it's really disappointing me." He sighed and really did miss the all black monster. "Um.. Do you like dogs?"
-
She laughed lightly and shook her head. "I...I don't mind that I have to...drive you there." She blinked and nodded. "Yes, I like dogs but...cats are my favorite animals. They are...alot quieter.."
-
"My Uncle has this huge dog... An Irish Wolf Hound. His name is Charley. He's a big baby honestly." He chuckled lightly and held the gym door open for her. "I have a cat too."
-
She smiled happily and nodded at him. "Thank you." She walked out of the door and looked back at him. "What's your cat's name?" She tilted her head at him as she started walking to her red sunfire car.
-
"Her name is Delilah and she's an evil little ball of fat." He set his stuff in the back and sat down in the passengers seat. "I think she thinks that she's the Queen of the world or something." He mused and looked down at the designs he drew on his hand that day in pen.
-
She laughed lightly and slid into her drivers seat. "I used to have a cat named Ginger who was like that..." she mumbled as she started the car, letting it warm up a bit. "Um...You're going to have to direct me...I don't remember where the manor is." She chuckled a bit nervously, embarrassed she forgot where it was.
-
"Go towards the old burned down church and take a left. Ill direct you from there." He relaxed into her seat and found the warmth comfortable. The whole car smelled like her and a little pool water but he liked it.
-
She nodded lightly and soon drove out of the student parking lot, out on to the main drag. She kept driving until she got to the burnt down church as she too the left. "So...why did you move here...?"
-
He went quiet for a moment. "My house um burned down. It was a nasty fire." He said simply before pointing at a old looking road. "Turn right, here."
-
She nodded lightly and turned down the road. "Sorry...I was curious. Not alot of...people move here." She glanced at him. "To be honest...I moved here when I was ten when my parents divorced..."
-
"Divorce is such a twisted thing." He shook his head as they came up to a old gate. A lump of fur was sleeping next to it. Charley lifted his head and whoofed in greeting before the gate opened on it's own and the dog ran towards the house.
