She already directed them to do the relay first, since it was their weak point. Two of the girls asked Sadie to show them how they should approach them, but she wanted them to learn on their. Own she sat down and watched, blowing the whistle telling them to start. She watched them carefully, not even noticing Xavier had shown up.
-
Xavier walked towards Sadie slowly his shoes not even making a noise on the wet floor. He watched them swim for a moment before squating down next to Sadie. "So you swim?" He mused.
-
She jumped a bit and covered her hand over where her heart would be. She was about to yell at the person who scared her, but when she saw Xavier, she calmed down. "Don't scare me like that..." she mumbled lightly. "Yes...I do swim. I'm the captain...well co captain, the real captain is...always late and never shows up."
-
He sat down next to her finding a dry spot and shrugged his shoulders. "Well you should be a Captian then. Kick him off and take over." He looked at them as they did laps. "Sorry for scaring you by the way." He chuckled lightly.
-
She laughed lightly and shook her head. "No...I'm not a Senior yet and...this isn't a toppling monarchy." She dipped her feet into the water as she moved it around a bit. "I wish I could." She heard him chuckle and she smiled a bit. "It's fine Xavier."
-
"Why aren't you in the pool?" He looked at her from the corner of his eyes and touched the water with his hand. It was cool, but pleasent compaired to the heated room.
-
She blinked lightly and shrugged. "I really don't know why I'm not in the water..." she thought for a moment. "Well...I actually practice alone...they all leave after sixth hour so then I have pool to myself."
-
"Your team looks dead. I think they need some motivation." He thought about pushing her in but felt like she would be angry with him if he did. Checking his phone he got ready to go.
-
She mumbled a quick no under her breath as she got up to her feet. "I-I can't..." she glanced at the swimmers as they started to leave. She really just wanted to swim by herself, just to make the panicking go away. She glanced at Xavier and poked him with her foot. "Um...You're gonna have to stay here...because I don't know where you live."
-
Xavier looked up and raised an eyebrow. You're not looking for me to swim are you?" He mused and stood up next to her before having to look down. His fingers twitched at his sides because he wanted to fix this little blonde hair that had fallen into her face.
-
She blinked and blew the strand of hair that fell out of her face. "Um..I-I mean if y-you want to." She mumbled lightly and tilted her head up at him. "You could p-probably sit and w-watch..."
-
Sorry I took a four hour nap.)
Xavier shrugged and walked towards the bleachers passing the swim girls. They blushed an he didn't pay attention as he sat down. "I'll wait." He called and laid down pulling a book out from his bookbag. -
Lol it's okay.)
She smiled a bit, kinda glad that he didn't want to swim with her. She waved goodbye to the other members as she limbered up a bit before walking onto the platform. She closed her eyes and dived in quickly. She did a few front strokes and propelled herself back to where she started. She was much faster in the water than she ever was on land. -
Xavier wasn't paying attention as he found himself captured by the book in his hands. You could tell is was well worn and read all the time. He even had some parts underlined or highlighted through the pages.
-
After almost an hour she got out of the pool and smiled lightly, happy she got her own session done. She walked to the locker room and dried off. She got dressed quickly and put her hair up in a small ponytail, with some of her hair hanging down near her face. She walked out to where he was and sat down next to him, waiting patiently.
