"I don't know my father and only remember my mom some what." He shrugged and looked at her. "No." He said simply and scratched Charley's head who was sittin on the floor now with his hea in Xavier's lap.

She rolled her eyes a bit. "You are angry at me because I pulled away earlier." She mumbled lightly.

"No I'm not." He grunted and laid back in his back and closed his eyes. Charley started to nibble on his shoe and he let him go at it.

She snorted lightly. "Liar." She mumbled, messing with her shoes again.

Xavier rolled his eyes and rolled on to his stomach and buried his face into his arms. Charley grunted and laid down now nibbling on Sadie's jean hems.

She laughed lightly at the dog and petted his head. She lied back and poked his arm repeatedly. "Tell me." She smiled lightly, oddly understanding that she felt like she's done this before.

"Tell you what?" He grunted and tried to hide his smile from her by keeping his face in his arms. He was trying hard not to look at her and grin.

She kept poking him. "Tell me why you're mad at me." She smiled warmly at him and waited for him to do something.

Xavier looked at her and huffed before smirking as his hand struck out an grabbed her side lightly and he began to tickle her with one hand.

She started laughing lightly and pushed his hand away. "Oh now you started a war!" She jumped up a bit tackled him, laughing more as she kept poking him all over.

Xavier started to laugh and squirmed under her. "Oh yeah?" He grinned and flipped her over so she was pinned under him and he started to tickle her lightly keeping her pinned down as he laughed.

She laughed more and squirmed around under his hands. "S-stop! I give u-up!!" She whined lightly and squirmed again, grumbling a bit saying he was unfair when she noticed where he was. She blushed deeply.

He grinned down at her and blinked down at her as she blushed. "Sorry.." He said softly and started to push himself up and off of her but he didn't want to leave her warmth.

She mumbled a quiet it's okay as she sat up a bit with some room that he actually gave her. She tilted her head curiously at him and poked his chest. "Since...you're not going to go to your uncle...could I have the ring back?"

Xavier sat back so he was sitting on her still but his weight wasn't on her. "The ring? Sure." He fished around in his pocket and held it out for her and but his bottom lip. "Wait," he said as she reached for it. "Do you want to see what it has to tell us?" He aske quietly.
