It was too late though, the teen had heard them. The teen slowly turned around, but you couldn't see his face since he was hiding behind his hoodie. The teen looked around the streets and some how the cops were already coming, you can hear sirens off a few streets away. "Run before they wipe you," the teen says before running off.
Astoria turned to Joseph, everything happened so quickly. "What dose that mean, run before they wipe us?" she questions worried. -
"I'm not sure, but the cops most probably will punish US so lets skidadlle!" Joseph said worryingly, and started to run.

Astoria agreed and she ran after Joseph. "Isn't this bad though, running from a crime scene?" she questioned while she was running. Astoria was extremely worried and her stomach twist and turned to make it feel as if she was going to throw up. "This has never happened recently..." -

Joseph said, "Not if you weren't the one that committed the crime! I knew I had a bad feeling about this...!" he said. Though they had gotten not that far, already Joseph was tired, but he kept on, trying to get as much willpower as possible to keep running. "My legs are starting to hurt here..." he mumbled. -

Astoria looked back behind her while they were still running and she saw that they were about half a football field away from the alley they were just in. "Here, let's stop and walk," Astoria says while slowing down. "We'll draw less attention to ourselves this way... Here they come! The cops!" -

Joseph heard the sirens of the cop cars, then saw the lights. "Um...why'd you stop?" he panted, "If they say anything we can just, like, say we were having a race or something." "Or maybe not...we had better hide...but I see no place to hide..." He sun around, looking. -

"No Joey, that's not smart, we'll draw attention to ourselves. The best thing to do in this situation is to just act normal and just calm down," Astoria says, but she doubted that she'd be able to do most of these things herself. -

"how am i supposed to calm down?" Joseph said, "I just don't get why you don't want to get out of here? didn't you hear the guy? He said something about being wiped...that just doesn't sound good!" Joseph really wasn't sure What they should really do; Astoria had a point, but then again, what if they "wiped" anyone near the crime scene? -

Astoria was about to say something as they turned a corner but she stopped. Someone blocked their way, a tall man in a black suit. He looked like some sort of business man and he might as well be, but it was as if he was waiting for them. Parked near the man on the street was a sleek white car. The man smiled down at them since he was about twice as tall as all the buildings around them. "Hello." -
When Joseph turned that corner, he froze with an expression unknown to words. "Wh-who are you?" he stuttered, thinking, "Well, this is it...whatever happens now, happens."

The man standing in front of them laughed a little. "My name is Jim and I work with the FBWM. We'd like to take you two kids over to our Head Quarters and ask you a few questions." As the man said this two men stepped out of the car that was parked along side the street. "We'd love to, but we really have to get home, we're going to be late... Ain't that right Joey?" Astoria says while eyeing Joseph to agree with her.

"Yeah, we need to get home really. I'm actually getting hungry here, so..." Joseph said, as little nervousness in his voice as he could get. "And what would you ask us? What are we to you; just two random kids!...I don't see why you want us..anyway, like I said, I'm getting hungry..."

"Don't worry about being late for anything Astoria and Joseph, we've already told your parents that you're coming with us anyways," Jim says with a way too kind smile. "And please, no more questions until we get inside the car please." Astoria's stomach dropped as she looked over at Joseph. She knew that they weren't going to get away easy, it was three full grown men against two teens.

Joseph looked the most surprised he ever had at that moment. He thought, "GREAT! See I knew we should have just gotten out of here while we could! But noooo just gotta act normal and we'll get by. Yeah right." When he saw that Astoria had looked over at him, through the corner of his eye, he also looked over at her, with a look basically telling her, "I knew we should have left. I told you."
