The day had been very boring for Joseph; another lonely one too. As he rode in his Dad's car home, he thought "You know, despite everything being perfect, it doesn't seem that perfect to me." When he got home, Joseph started working on his homework, that really wasn't that hard; just time consuming.

As Astoria walked she became a little bored with waving at people. She took out her phone and she texted her friend, Joseph. "Hey Joe, what's up?" Astoria was really bored as she waited for Joseph to answer. She looked around the city. Towers were of colossal size, and they were pearl white and they glinted as the sun shined on them. -
After Joseph finished his homework, He got on his phone to do something, but saw that Astoria had texted him. Joseph realized that she had sent it awhile ago, so he texted back," I just finished homework sorry for the wait! "

Astoria had made it home by then and she was in her room working on a drawing of hers. She heard her phone go off and she checked it. "I thought I was going to die of boredom if you didn't answer" she text's back with a small smile.

When Joseph saw that text, he felt bad. he texted back, " DON'T DIE ON ME NOW hahA! By doing this he felt slightly better; putting some humor into it.

Astoria laughed when she saw that new text. "I may or may not die! Hey, maybe we should hang out tonight? There's not school tomorrow, so maybe we can do something fun?"

When Joseph looked at this message, he nodded to himself. " Eh, sure. I don't think we have anything going on. What do you wanna do? " he texted back with a smile.

Astoria smiled too when she saw him text back and she was glad that Joseph agreed to hang out with her. "Maybe we could head over to central park?" she questioned. -
Eh, it's OK I might be a little slow)
Joseph didn't need to ask his parents about this; they had "let him loose" as they said. This meaning that if it was reasonable, he could just do whatever, so he texted back, "Ok, what time? I think 3 PM is ok with me." -

"Yeah, 3 is OK. See ya then" Astoria texted back with a huge grin painted on her face. Astoria pushed her finished homework to the side of her bed. She then rushed to her closet to look for some clothes that weren't her school uniform to change into. -
When Joseph saw that, he said, perhaps to himself, but not quite sure really, "Ok then...What shall I do now..." as he sat down, thinking on what to do. He would always be bored like this, especially because he had no siblings; whether that would be a good thing or not.

Astoria quickly changed into some more comfy clothes and she got out of her room and she went into the living room. She checked the time to see that it was half an hour to three. She decided to start walking now to get there just a bit earlier.
