She sat down next to him and her wings shimmered for a moment before fading out of view. "So why didn't you just kill me the first time you saw me?" She asked. "You shot at me and I fell, you could've killed me there...but you didn't. Why?"
-
He shrugged lightly. "I don't know, you didn't do anything wrong yet so I gave you a second chance." He glanced at her and rolled his eyes. "Although you biting me kinda broke that second chance and you also interested me."
-
She frowned slightly and looked away. "I didn't want to kill you, but I was starving." As if on cue her stomach growled. She blushed slightly, embarrassed.
-
He sighed lightly and took off his trench coat, exposing his neck better. "Well we've done enough getting to know each other for today." He closed his eyes and waited.
-
She placed her hands on his shoulders and leaned in, hesitating with her lips only the slightest distance away from his neck. "You're sure you'll be okay?" She asked, not wanting to accidentally hurt him.
-
He nodded lightly. "I'll be fine, maybe be unconscious for a few hours, but I'll be fine." He sighed a bit and just sat still.
-
"Okay..." She murmured. She placed her lips on his neck and parted then, her fangs appearing. She bit down and punctured the skin, trying to be gentle. She began to drain his blood, her hunger subsiding quickly. His blood was slightly sweet.
-
He winced lightly, but then relaxed again. He felt the blood leave his body and started to feel a bit lightheaded. He mumbled lightly under his breath.
-
She heard him mumble something and quickly pulled away. "Sorry, I shouldn't have drained that much..." She said, looking him over with a slightly worried expression. A bit of his blood was on her lips.
-
He shook his head. "It's...fine." he glanced at her and lifted up his hand up, wiping the blood off her lips carefully. He soon fell unconscious on the couch.
-
Shay looked down at him with an apologetic expression. She debated trying to bring him to his bed, but decided against it. The couch looked comfortable enough and she doubted she could carry him.
-
He mumbled lightly in his sleep and curled up a bit on the couch.
-
Shay smiled slightly, he was cute when he slept. She went into the kitchen and poked around. He would probably be hungry when he woke up.
-
He woke up a few minutes later and groaned lightly, looking around to see where she went. He spotted her in the kitchen and he slowly got up, still feeling a bit light headed. The bite marks on his neck had already fully healed.
-
Shay was now fully occupied with cooking a steak for him, and didn't notice him get up. The smell of the cooking meat repulsed her, but she figured to someone who was used to eating it, it must not smell bad.
