Shay bit her lip and looked up at him with pleading eyes. She was desperate at this point, and terrified of what he might do to her. She could tell he was serious, and wouldn't hesitate to kill her.
-
A voice crept into his head and the knife disappeared, he then glanced at her and felt like he did in the alleyway.
-
She looked up at him with wide eyes, half-surprised that he hadn't killed her. He still had her practically pinned against the wall, preventing her getaway.
-
He let go of her and leaned closer to her face, screaming at himself in his mind for his stupidity and kissed her gently. He was insane, he was an angel and yet he was kissing a demon.
-
Shay froze up underneath him. When he'd kissed her earlier it was different, she'd thought he was a human, and she'd been aiming to distract him. But now...now she was pinned against a wall, being kissed by an angel. The whole situation was so wrong, but...she liked it. She tried to tell herself that she didn't, but the feeling of his lips against hers was indescribably addicting.
-
He broke away and had a straight look on his face. He backed away from her and waited for her reaction. He was being an idiot, but oddly enough this didn't feel wrong for him.
-
"W-What the hell was that?!" She squeaked, blushing. She moved away from the wall and stared at him as though he were insane.
-
He smirked lightly and his wings shot out of his back, glowing in their metallic glory. "I don't know, I was just seeing if that would make you come find me." He walked the way she brought him in and jumped, his wings catching the wind and he glided away. One of his feathers floated to the ground of the hotel room.
-
She picked up the feather and smirked slightly, admiring it's sleek metallic look. She only hesitated a second before jumping off the balcony after him, her wings pumping to try and catch up to him. There was no way she was letting him fly off after what he'd just done.
-
He grinned a bit, but made it go away quickly. He didn't want to seem happy she was chasing after him, but maybe he was a bit excited. He kept flying and soon shot off towards a few buildings and dodged, zipping around them like they were nothing.
-
Shay followed his every action, making a few close calls with a couple buildings, but ultimately coming out unscathed. She grinned the slightest bit and urged herself on, determined to catch up to him.
-
He soon dove down and landed in an alleyway near a few condos. He climbed up the fire escape to his own home, watching her from his large balcony. He grinned a bit seeing her come into view.
-
She landed on the balcony next to him and tried to stop grinning. "You're pretty fast...for an angel." She said with a slight smirk.
-
He smirked playfully and tilted her head up a bit. "Of course I'm fast." He chuckled lightly. "I'm fast because my wings are more aerodynamic than yours."
-
She blushed when he tilted her head up and looked at him, still grinning. "Oh please. Your wings are more for show than anything else." She taunted.
