Shay nodded quickly and shuffled back a few steps. Even through the rag she could smell the distinctive scent of his blood.
-
He blinked again and shook his head lightly. "It's the blood I'm guessing hm?" He tilted his head at her. "I'm guessing you're hungry or..."
-
Shay shook her head. "No, no, I'm fine." She hastily reassured him. He'd just woken up, and she didn't want to make him pass out again before he could even eat. But that sweet smell... She shook her head quickly. She couldn't give in that easily..
-
He smiled lightly. "You're lying, you are hungry, but you're more worried about me. I'm not going to pass out again. Don't worry about that." He unwrapped his hand and held it out to her. "I promise."
-
Shay frowned and shook her head. "Really, I'm fine. You should eat first, at least. I've gone for days without eating so I'll be okay."
-
He noddeed lightly and smiled a bit, wrapping his hand up again. He soon started cooking again and made himself a quick salad, since he was a terrible cook.
-
Shay smiled slightly, relieved that he hadn't insisted. The scent was still there, but she would be okay for now. She laughed slightly at the salad. "Next time let me cook."
-
He rolled his eyes playfully and started eating. "Hey, I'm not very good at cooking. It wasn't a skill I was suppose to learn." He smirked playfully at her.
-
Shay smiled back. "So what did you need to learn then?" She asked, genuinely curious. She didn't know much about angels, so it would be interesting to see what they were taught.
-
He thought for a moment and sighed. "Well, I was taught to kill demons, thats really all they did teach me. Trust me it wasn't a fun thing to be taught..." he went silent and he soon went back to eating.
-
Shay fell silent for a moment and nodded. "Sounds like what I was taught, only to kill angels." She sighed and gave him a slight smile. "But we've made it this far without murdering each other."
-
He placed his finished plate down and smiled a bit. "Well I think there are reasons that we haven't kill each other." He chuckled lightly at her.
-
"What are your reasons?" She asked with a grin. Of course she had reasons of her own, but she was curious as to why he hadn't killed her yet. Besides the fact that he seemed to enjoy pinning her to walls and kissing her.
-
He smirked down at her. "Now those I'm going to keep in my head." He chuckled lightly. "I don't think I'd ever tell you." He had a teasing look on his face.
-
"Aw, that's not very nice." She said with a slight pout, before grinning mischievously. "I'm sure I could get you to tell somehow."
