"I do worry about her.." Zane frowned a bit. He began to like this young child, he seemed wise. -
being social is okay :P
"But, I think sissy is cutting," John says while looking down at his blanket; he was trying to fold it up. "She has words on her arms, and she doesn't talk with us as much as she used to. She left us for a while without telling us goodbye or saying where she was going. I missed her." -

Zane sighed, unsure if he should explain this to the child or not. He decided to do it anyways, "John, your sister, I, and two other people were kidnapped." -
*stares at my brother oddly as he sings his song*
*wonders why I'm in the living room*
John didn't look up from his blanket as he continued to try and fold it. "So some men took you and my sister away from us? Why?" he questioned simply. -

"I'm not entirely sure." Zane stated, falling back to lay down. He bit his lip and asked himself the same question. -
*wonders how a five year old even came up with the song*

John sighs when he fails at folding his blanket and he just wraps it around himself. "Well... Sissy really likes you," John says. It was as if John just wanted to talk. -

"I know she does. And I like her that much right back." Zane smiled, his face heating a bit. -
i'm very hyper today o.O
John giggled a little. "You're going to have to watch out for daddy though," he states. "Daddy says he's going to shoot anyone who touches sissy!" -

Zane smirked at that. "Well, I'm not all that worried." He smiled. "I'm a pretty good natured person and I mean no harm." -

Grace, who had been standing in the hallway listening to their conversation the whole time, had to put her hand over her mouth to stop herself from breaking down in a mix of joy and sadness. "I think daddy will shoot you all the same," John says while giggling again. -
My love for you was bulletproof but YOUR DAD IS THE ONE WHO SHOT ME XD
Zane just chuckled. "Meh, I guess it'll be worth it." He laughed a bit, stretching out a bit more. -

John giggles even more as if that was the funniest thing he ever heard, but then he got into a coughing fit again. -

Zane smiled, happy the child was at least finding something humorous. He picked at a nail. -
John then looked down at his blanket. He looked like he wanted to say something, but didn't know how to say it.

Zane smiled down at the child, feeling a weird sense of euphoria. It was weird. He crossed his arms across his chest.
