He moved and placed his hand on her stomach, smiling more when he felt movement. Sadie came back and blinked, seeing Sebastian's hand on Maria's stomach. She walked over and he smiled lightly, taking her hand and placed it on Maria's stomach carefully.

Maria smiled as Delilah nudged against Sadie's hand. She watched for her reaction curiously.

Sadie jumped lightly feeling the movement, but she slowly placed her hand back on her stomach, smiling when she felt another nudge. Sebastian smiled at Maria. "She seems eager to come out."

Maria smiled and nodded with a slight laugh. "I think you're right." She was glad Sadie seemed excited about the whole idea of having a sister.

Sebastian got up. "I have to do some more paper work to do today...if anything goes wrong just shout for me." He smiled a bit and ruffled Sadie's hair, causing the girl to blink and try to fix her hair.

Maria chuckled and helped Sadie smooth down her disheveled hair. "Okay, but before you go," She turned to Sebastian with a hopeful little smile. "I was wondering if we could get some paint? For Sadie's room..?"

He thought for a moment and nodded. "I'll pick some up tomorrow, what color?" Sadie blinked and pointed at her dress causing him to laugh lightly. He smiled lightly. "Grey and black it is."

Maria smiled. "Thank you." She stood up and quickly kissed his cheek before starting to collect the dishes.

He blushed lightly as he walked to his study. Sadie blinked lightly and trailed after Maria, not wanting to leave the woman's side.

After Maria finished washing and putting away the dishes, she turned back to Sadie. "Is there anything you'd like to do now?" She asked with a smile.

She blinked and shook her head. "Do you...want to do anything?"

Maria thought for a moment. There was a novel on one of the shelves that she'd wanted to look at... "Well, I was going to read for a bit, but if you want to do something else I'm fine with that."

She nodded lightly and went to the living room, flipping on the tv to the news. She watched it intently.

Aria grabbed the book off of the shelf and settled down on the couch, patting the seat beside her for Sadie to sit down.

Sadie sat down next to Maria and still watched the news. They were talking about the orphanage that burned down and a few people say it was an accident. Clark appeared on tv and Sadie squealed, hiding behind a pillow.
