Maria watched her carefully, ready to step in and help if she needed it again.

She finally cut the last piece of steak as she started eating it all happily. It was almost near the time when Sebastian came home, but the car couldn't be heard coming up the drive.

Maria glanced at the clock and wondered what was holding Sebastian. He was usually home by now. She took a bite of her sandwich and sighed lightly.

She finally ate the rest of her steak and grinned at Maria, seeing her sigh she blinked lightly. "You okay mom...?" Daisy nuzzled Sadie's hand and the little girl soon started petting her head.

Maria gave her a reassuring smile. "I'm fine, your dad's just running a little last is all." She finished and collected the dishes, putting then in the sink.

She nodded lightly and saw Daisy run off, giggling and going after the dog.

Maria watched her run off with a soft laugh. She glanced at the clock again and but her lip, hoping nothing bad had happened.

Sadie followed Daisy outside and soon saw and odd fog over the manor. She blinked lightly and tilted her head lightly. "Hello...? Daisy?" Daisy appeared next to her with the hairs on the back of her neck standing up.

Maria saw the fog out a window and shot up. She quickly went to Sadie's side and looked around nervously. "Let's go inside." She said quietly, taking her hand and pulling her back towards the manor. "Come on Daisy."

Sadie was pulled into the manor, daisy barked and growled at the fog, finally going inside the manor. The little girl looked up at Maria. "What's wrong?"

"I'm not sure." She answered quietly. She took Sadie back into the living room and sat her down on the couch. She had the bad feeling that something or someone was going to appear, and Sebastian wasn't here. "Sadie, if anyone tries to get in I want you to go to your room and lock the door, okay?" She told her. She stroked Daisy softly, trying to calm her down.

Sadie nodded in understanding and glanced around, scared out of her wits. Daisy didn't calm down and she growled again, sniffing around the room. Fog soon slipped into the house, forming into a human like body. Red glowed where the eyes should be.

"Sadie, go now." Maria ordered, standing to face the humanoid fog figure. She made sure to put herself between her and Sadie. -
Ding ding ding!! Winner.)
Clark formed out of the fog and frowned lightly, his red eyes glowing. His eyes landed on Sadie, who was frozen in fear. "Hm...I thought you died." He then looked up at Maria and grinned. "So the rumor that my minion spread around was true." -
Yay!)
"Sadie. Go." Maria tried to keep her voice steady as she shielded the little girl. She gave her a slight push towards the stairs and one hand flew to the fun at her hip. "Why are you here?" She asked, glaring at him.
