Sorrosorrysorry!! )
Russell glanced at the gun again. He did kind of want to leave. It made him uncomfortable to be so close to Grant after what's happened before gym class. But he wasn't going anywhere until he was sure Grant wouldn't try to kill himself. -
-paps you-))
Waiting was long. How long is he going to stay? Honestly, he gave up the thought if suicide now. Although, Grant still felt depressed. He sighed. "Thank you." The teen said rather quietly. He felt like he had to say it.
(Hm. Thinking about what should happen xD)) -
Me too...)
"..." Wait. What? He was...thanking him?! Russell practically did a double tale, staring at Grant. "...For what?" He whispered incredulously. This kid, the one he'd punched and shoved, the one he'd made fun of and swore at. This poor, pitiful, suicidal guy was...thanking him? -
Grant sat up and stared forward. He paused for a moment before looking his way. "For staying with me. If you didn't I would be dead. In other words... You well, saved me." The last part was eased out. It was pretty painful to say. Really. Being saved by the guy that caused him to be depressed and suicidal. Well one of the reasons.
-
Russell felt weird all of a sudden. It was the same warm feeling he'd felt this morning, only...no glowing. He stood up off the bed. Stepping cautiously closer to Grant, he tentatively raised his hand and placed it on Grant's shoulder. "Well...thanks for...not dying." He grinned and lightly shoved Grant, only this time it was in less of a threatening way. "Who else would I bother?"
-
He couldn't help but smile back. Grant nodded in a light manner to himself. His chest felt warm again like from earlier. It felt nice, but this was something he wanted to ignore. Sure, Russell cares enough to stop him from suicide, but that doesn't mean too much... He told himself to attempt to get rid if these feelings. It'll go back to the way it was tomorrow, for sure. He definitely can not be having feelings for him..
-
Russell quickly stepped away again and rubbed the back of his neck. "Well, I came here to study, actually." He pointed to his backpack. Russell lifted out a science textbook and blushed, looking down. "I'm usually pretty good at all the stupid learning stuff. But," His cheeks burned. "This science stuff. I don't get it."
-
Grant looked at the book and then to Russell then nodded. "I can help, definitely." He held back any and all laughing, but didn't hesitate to say this comment. "You should see your face right now."
-
Russell's face only grew hotter at that remark. "Just...s-shut up and help me with this!" He said, avoiding Grant's gaze. He was all flustered, which was unusual for him.
-
He chuckled a bit. Is it bad that he actually though that was cu- no. Don't think about it. Grant looked away as well. A red covered his face. He hoped it wasn't noticeable. "What exactly do you need help with?"
-
Russell furrowed his brow, thinking. "Whatever we were learning last week. Physics I think." He told Grant, taking a mental note of the slight red that his face now shared. It was actually quite suiting. Cute, even. Wait. Cute? No. Nonononono. Russell ran a hand through his hair and sighed, trying to focus on the book.
-
Grant cleared his throat. "Hm. Okay."
((I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO EXPLAIN THIS PART GRANT IS WAY SMARTER THAN ME SOOOO)) -
*MAGICALLY SKIPS PAST SCIENCY EXPLANATION* WHEEE~)
Russell stared at the book, his eyes wide in surprise. He looked up at Grant with a slight smile. "That...actually makes sense." -
((HOORAYY! ))
He took off his glasses again. He only needed them to enhance his sight for reading. Grant smiled back at him. "Glad it does." -
YAY)
Russell couldn't stop himself from staring. "...Y'know..." He blushed again, clearing his throat. "You, er, you look...different with you r glasses off." He said, a failed attempt at a compliment.
