He rolled his eyes and caught up with her quickly, wrapping his arms around her waist. "You know I'm alot taller than you and it takes you two steps to keep up with me instead of one." He looked down at her and gave her a genuine smile.

She squealed and then squirmed against his grasp. "Okay, you can catch up easily. Let go of me!"

He laughed lightly. "And why should I let you down?"

"Because I'll turn you into a frog if you don't," she joked.

"Hmmm~ I don't think you will." He smiled. "I'm too valuable to you."

"I could carry you around in my pocket. You don't get to be a talking frog though, that'd be annoying."

He snorted lightly and placed her down. "Geez you're a moody person. But most women are like that."

Shhh Dan we aren't ready for the romance
Rona shrugged. "Don't deny that you would make a very annoying talking frog." -
(...meow? Oh he was just teasing. :P no real romance.)
He snorted louder. "I don't think I'd be an annoying frog." He stopped and turned to her. "Okay this place is know for...lets just say some very bad things. So stick with me and near me. Please." -

She nodded. "I will." -
(no not really....wait I'm confused now...)
He nodded back and started to walk further and a village showed up over the horizon. It looked to be a proper village from far away, but it was the a dangerous place. Full of thieves, murderers, and assassins. -
"Let me guess... Everyone there kills or steals." She pointed at the village.

He shrugged. "There hasn't been a true murder in ages there but yeah, true enough." He started walking down to the village. "But it's a start to find a job."

"And let me guess, almost all of them dislike magical people?" She tucked the wand away.

He smiled. "Very smart assessment. Yes they don't like magic users, some people complain that magic can quickly find out who stole the item."
