She nodded, and decided what she wanted, waited for the waiter to return.

Zander listened for whenever anyone came in or left, inhaling deeply now and then. Everything seemed alright, and he hoped it would stay that way.

When the waiter visited their table she ordered her food and his tea.

He thanked her and watched as the waiter wrote quickly.

When the waiter left, she sighed. "See, he's a normal human. Nothing to worry about." -
He gave her a look and puffed his cheeks a bit. "I know that. I can't watch someone write? Waiters are always so fast."

"Do you want to be a waiter, Zander?" she asked. "I don't know what your handwriting's like, but I'm guessing it's much neater than his."

"I write in the style that you humans call script. Or sometimes cursive. But, yes, neat none the less."

She smiled. "I'd like to see.

"I'll write out my name later." He smiled, loving how interested she was.

"Most people have horrible handwriting. I definitely do." She took a sip of her water.

"I doubt that. If you want to practice writing, we can do that too."

"I... If you want." She shrugged.

"It's if you want to. I have all the time in the world.
