I looked around the Hogwarts Express, trying to find a seat. I saw a girl sitting alone and said, "Uh... Hi. Can I sit there?" I asked, pointing to the empty seat.

I smile and nod. "Sure!"

I see another girl, with black hair and green eyes. She looks like a pureblood, but you never can tell, these days. I wave her over anyway. If she's mudblood, I'll ditch her. If she's half-blood...we'll see.

I pushed the cart around them, seeing as they would just stand there.

I frowned and turned to Draco. "Let's go and find a compartment, before all the mudbloods take the good the good ones." Without waiting, I took his wrist and pulled him behind me, my other hand closed around my trunk. We boarded the train, and went down the corridors, in search for an empty compartment.

I run onto the platform, panting as I hurry onto the Hogwarts Express. I walk down the aisle, catching my breath. I open a compartment door and say "Hey! Is it okay if I sit here?"as my ferret, Snowball, climbed up onto my shoulder.

"Sure," I say, scooting over to make room. "Nice ferret."

I sit down, as well as the other girl. "So... Hi. I'm Bree. " I say. "What're your names?"

I sighed and pulled out a book. No one had asked to sit with me yet, but I was fine with that. People judged me for how I acted if they were purebloods as well, and if they weren't they judged ne because of who my family was. I'd never had a friend, not a real one.

I smiled. "I'm Mira, Mira Loki."

I opened a door and found a girl sitting in it. Alone. "Never mind. Come on, Draco, let's go find another one."

Lugging my cart behind me, I scanned the train for an empty compartment. And saw none, dammit. I walked into an almost empty compartment where a girl sat, reading a book.

I glanced up from my book. "Hello."

With a nod to my parents and a glance at my sister I grab my luggage and make my way down the corridor of the train, looking for an empty compartment to sit in. Most were full or just being occupied with one person.

I finally found one that looked suitable, but it was occupied by the girl from the platform. "What's your bloodstatus?" I asked. Then I turned to Draco. "Where are those other two boys...Crabbe and Goyle?"
"I'll go get them."
