Yes, at the train station.
I walked through platform 9 3/4. It was filled with people, families. I went to stand out of the way, until I could easily get to the train. -
"If you're in Gryffindor we'll disown you," my father says sharply as I climb on the Hogwarts Express. "Yes, father," I say, not really caring. "Goodbye."

I walked strait past the families, "accidentally" bumping into people who looked like Muggles. Father and Mother were right, the stupid mudbloods were infesting our world like cockroaches.

I made my way through the train, searching in vain for an empty compartment. -
(I know, it's weird being a stuck up pureblood. But I decided I should try something other than Ravenclaw.)
Both of my parents worked at the Ministry, so I already knew some people. I spotted a familiar head of white-blond hair and grinned. "Draco!" I shouted. "Draco Malfoy!" He was my best mate, and we knew each other well, since our fathers worked together. And it isn't one of those stupid cliches when the girl falls in love with her guy mate or vice versa. Both of us had made it clear we didn't like each other that way. -
I stood alone waiting for the hog warts express. My sister Clarissa was supposed to "keep an eye on me", but she ditched me as soon as we entered the platform. Well, I guess I wasn't completely alone. My owl Blitz is with me. He's a handsome and large brown owl, with huge golden eyes. I knew when I saw him he was perfect.
