Kona waited -
A large golden lab came out. "Mornin' Carter. Mornin' Newbie." She barked happily. "What'll it be for the happy couple?" The waitress asked, winking playfully at Carter. Turning to Kona, she whispered, "You don't wanna let him go, sweetheart. He's a real catch."

Kona felt her fur get hot. "Uhhhh."

The lab let out a high pitched laugh. "Oh, I'm just kiddin' sweetie! The name's Candy." She smiled blinking her olive green eyes.

"Oh. I'm Kona," she replied, smiling.

Another blonde lab poked her head out. "Candy, y'all aren't wasting time chattin' with the customers, are ya?" Candy rolled her eyes. "That's my sis, Gracie. Don't worry, she ain't always this uptight."

"I hope not."

Candy chuckled again. "Yeah...Anyway, I better git goin'. See y'all around!" She trotted off, shouting. "I'm coming Gracie, you don't gotta shout.". Another dog came and poured them coffee. "Candy will be back to take your order."
