The shopkeeper looked at her, gawking. "Fine." She said grumpily. The shopkeeper handed Luna 100 gema change and a Crystal Dragon egg. "Take it." She muttered. Lucinda smiled.
(I gtg again. Sorry! Be back in a hour and a half... We have to do some shopping...) -

Luna shot her that same sickeningly sweet smile. "Thank you!" She cradled the egg like it was her own baby, flying our of the store slowly and carefully. The Jade Market was crowded and bustling, and Luna was nearly run over by a group of racing pegasi. She flew above the crowd, gesturing for Lucinda to follow.

Lucinda looked around and then nodded and followed Luna. She quickly flew out of the way of the Pegasi. Lucinda flew with Luna to the academy to show them the evidence.

"Who should we tell?" Luna asked. The headmaster? Their dorm keeper? The dragon trainer?

Lucinda stopped flying for a second to think. "I'd tell the Dragon Trainer first. It concerns him the most." Lucinda began flying again. "Lunch is almost over so we have to hurry." She said.

Luna nodded and flew faster. "Those poor dragons..." She murmured, thinking of Pup as a hatchling.

"I know." Lucinda said quietly. Then she flew a bit faster. "Well, now we have motivation to go faster!" She said, smiling.

Lucinda stopped at the entrance of the academy. Her wings ached. "Well lets go then." She said. Lucinda opened her wings and flew in with Luna.
