Ravenpaw frowned. "Wel, if I mess up like I probably will, and it's either try to saveme and get up both caught, or saving yourself, then save yourself."
Another new twoleg opened the door. This had a weirdly colored piece of fur over his mouth, with the same true for it's hands. He opened a cabinet door, pulling out two sheets of paper. He grabbed a long, thin stick like thing and began to make squiggles on it on the paper. -
"Don't be stupid." Firepaw growled. "I won't leave you."

He glanced back the cage, then started jotting stuff down on the second piece of paper. After a minute, he turned around and opened the cage door, reaching for the ginger tabby.

Okay, Ivystar's not crazy anymore, Ravenpaw's in love with Goldpaw, Whisperpaw became Barkpaw and a warrior apprentice and now she and Bearpaw are kind of a couple, and Firepaw likes Shadowpaw who is totally oblivious. Since Whitefang was banished, Floodpaw and Twopaw became Floodheart and Twostorm and Floodheart's the new deputy. Larkkit, Smokekit, and Rubykit became apprentices, Rubypaw is the new medicine apprentice. Ivystar lost another life due to a dog, Oakstripe ran off and had kits with another she cat, and now Firepaw and Ravenpaw (and Wolfpaw?) have been kidnapped by David and Goldpaw, Bearpaw, and Barkpaw are going after them. Also Absol's character Venus joined the clan, and now Silver's trying to convince him to join the rogues.)
