Will was about to respond when a twoleg's face appeared at the window. Will fell back in surprise.

Nightwing's claws shot out instinctively, and she hissed slightly at the twoleg.

The twoleg yowled something before walking out of view.p

Nightwing stiffened up, unsure of whether the twoleg would reappear or not.

Will got to his paws, and padded back to Nightwing.

"Is it coming back?"

"I d-doubt it..." He meowed.

Nightwing sighed. "Good." She flattened her fur, a little embarrased at getting so worked up over a single twoleg. "We should move on."

Will was embarrassed as well. He was the stray! But he had been the one to get surprised when a twoleg appeared! "Yeah." He started for the next house.

Nightwing followed, swiping a paw over her ear sheepishly.
