I'm not sure, but I think you have it backwards. If I'm correct, the oxygens and nitrogens came after the Big Bang.

The idea behind the primeval atom is that of subatomic quarks in the most basic elements annihilate ach other at fast speeds. Releasing energy and creating the first atoms whose nuclei, when combined makes other elements we know we are made up of to this day.
These quarks are the outcome of a series of virtual particles popping in and out of existence that through a false vacuum being the original source, compressed these into a tiny primeval atom in an inconceivably dense spot.
For the record: Atheism =/= advanced physics and biological abiogenesis that religious fucktards don't take the time to understand over pure arrogance and then go on to claim that atheists believe this without looking into anything. The information is out there. All it requires is a willingness to learn for yourself.
