Just because I say "therefore towards Satan" doesn't mean they follow Satan. They just don't follow God, so it's easier for Satan to manupliate their minds without their knowing.

"away from God" This term when taken objectively (AKA in context) means to turn away from. To be given a choice and to deny. To shun.
"towards Satan" this does not present the idea that one is being manipulated. It is a descriptive term for a conscious preference. Coupled with the main body of the sentence "Away from God" and you do not have a sentence that says you're being ignorantly controlled. You have a sentence that says you're a satanist.
I know my English. And trying to redefine what you said because you got called out on it, doesn't change it. And under the new definition of what you're saying you mean, your first post doesn't make sense. So what was your true intention with that line? Hmm? -
I meant towards Satan, not a follower of Satan. If I meant to imply that someone was following Satan I would say, "away from God, therefore becoming a follower of Satan" or something along those lines. Just because my second post is not what I originally intended to convey, it's a good example of one of the ways someone might interpret what I said. To move away from God is to move closer to Satan, whether you follow Satan or not.

Let me put this into perspective for you.
Milk is good for you. It is good for your bones and is healthy for you. But milk doesn't exactly taste very good. (Even if you like milk, for the sake of the example, pretend you don't.)
Doughnuts are bad for you. Way too sugary. Unhealthy. But they taste good. They make you happy.
Now, a dairy farmer who's entire life work is based on selling you milk tells you that if you don't devote yourself to only the milk he sells and avoid doughnuts and all other milk completely that you will spent the rest of eternity in misery. This person doesn't sound credible, nor trust worthy.
A theist, (with the exception of the flamboyancy of opinion and interpretation) believes what the dairy farmer tells them. They try to avoid doughnuts and only stick to the milk that their dairy farmer provides, even if that farmer has a bad history or a criminal record. And they pride themselves on the fact that they stay.
A satanist on the other hand, will enjoy milk from other sources because they know it is healthy. But they will also not keep themselves away from doughnuts. In fact, they enjoy the doughnuts. And find that doughnuts and milk go well together.
An atheist, finds their own milk, and also enjoys doughnuts. They don't need to buy their milk from someone else and they especially don't need it from someone who tells them to avoid all other milk. They enjoy a balance of milk and doughnuts, and they keep in check that one does not conflict with the other.
For the example I have just explained, if you still don't get all the references, I've made a quick cheat sheet.
Dairy farmer - Organized religion
Milk - a sense of happiness usually associated with religion.
Doughnuts - personal desires. Honesty with yourself. -
Wait wait wait wait wait. So the milk is happiness and the theists have it, but without the doughnuts. The doughnuts is like someone being true to themselves, like being who they are. So the theists are all just hiding who they are to fit a mold that they feel like they've been forced to fit? That's me in a nutshell.

I love that example so hard.
-
Religion is convincing yourself that you are happy by putting rules on yourself to tell you that if you do what feels right that you won't be happy.
Now you see the flaw with religion. -
Yeah.

I wasn't talking about humans loving god.
First, does it make sense to you that a perfect god creates humans and then punishes them? -
Vic, it's over.
-
Good example there,Bob.And it's Vik.
I still hope someone would convince me,or they'd confess they don't know it either. -
It's very hard to get that out of a theist. And almost impossible to get that out of a militant theist.
"If religious people thought logically, there wouldn't be religious people." -
I love that quote.
If someone thinks logically and is religious,I would love to discuss many things with him. -
I can only say I know of one truly logical theist. And they refuse to debate.
Whether it's for fear of having their faith shaken, or they know full well that it's illogical in the first place, I can't say. -
He probably wants to believe what he believes. That's what I call a closed mind.
