What if life is like a test? Our struggles are what make us stronger. We learn from our mistakes. And we're never alone he does protect us. I believe everything happens for a reason. What bothers me is you blame God for all the evil in the world when he is the source of all good.

Think about this: Jesus lived a life pure from sin, yet he lived life right beside us, and felt the same pains we feel. Do we, who are sinners deserve higher treament than Jesus Christ? He loves us and never abandons us, and he is capable of bringing this whole world down if he wanted. Life is suffering but there's so much good still left.

tongue NewbieThe passage that Orkimedes posted doesn't describe God as being malevolent. It puts forth a logical repudiation of God's existence. Seriously Ana, we're not a bunch of f---ing Satanists. And BTW, Jesus didn't live free of "sin": he f---ed Mary Magdalene and a bunch of other whores and had a child with Mary Magdalene. Sorry, but someone had to say it. I wish I could have left it alone and kept things peaceful, but if you feel the need to barge in and shove your beliefs down our throats and pester us to death, then I feel the need to call your "savior" a Leper Messiah. We have better things to do than deal with your missionary holier than thou religious bulls---, Ana.

tongue NewbieHere's the thing Ana: a person's faith is a very personal matter. For you to come on this forum and preach your religion that stands in opposition of the beliefs many of uis hold might as well be shoving your religion down our throats. You're not "sticking up for what you believe in", because we the atheists have waged no war against you, at least not on this forum. And you know damn well that you're trying to shove Christ down our throats- you've said on another forum that you're trying to save us for our sins. I'll pull out the quote when I finish this tirade. And just so I'm covering all the bases, if you think anything we might've said where we tried to force our believes on you gives you the right to do the same to us, you're a hypocrite. Doesn't Christianity preach that you should turn the other cheek and that two wrongs don't make a right?

i sorry to hear you think that tongue. i only posted this to get others opinions. i hoped that people were mature enough to not fight over it. and when they did start to, i tried to stop it. i guess i'll stop posting things when they catch my opinion. i see that i'll just end up being attacked over it. sorry for bothereing you.
