Thread Topic: Why I became an athiest...
-
Are you going to go do the actual research? Are you debating taking the chances and removing the shackles of a paranoid bronze age idiology?
-
Just think a little and maybe you'll get it.
-
I have been thinking. I still dont get it. Please format your thoughts before you post them.
-
it's been nearly an hour...

At least I held my ground...
Begging to leave? Wimp... -
Wow, uh Bob, I said I was going to bed. I'm ready to continue
-
I'm not ready. You were caught when you ran out of defense. You ran. You went to bed and left. You quit out. I dont want to fight you anymore. You already have proven that when you are cornered you'll just leave. So no. Nothing you can say can convince me otherwise.

Total crap about I wimped out about it. I have a comitment to my team. It was 3:00 in the morning.
But yes, looking back on it, it was somewhat pointless b/c i did get my point across that why you strayed away from religion was your concept. -
But applaud your effort in trying to figure out the ways of the world and spending an incredible amount of research towards this topic. Well done.
-
It was 4 Am here and I was just getting started.
And thank you. -
I have a more simplyfied view about how this world was created b/c I've been in church for as long as I can remember, I feel God's presence w/ me and he's done a miracle in my life. you can't scientifically prove it which is what you want to hear, so this argument would be pointless. We're not of the same level of debating and our styles are different.
But thank you for your time. -
what do you mean by "not of the same level of debating"?
-
skill wise.
