Yes, my question may seem idiotic, but I am curious to know how there can be peace on Earth.
I think people must respect each other, must not follow casteism, follow the rules, be legal and just and above all Sleep! (XP) Okay I am serious now, sleeping makes one feel relaxed and they forget anger. When somebody is sleep, he or she doesn't fight or do any other wrong things.
What is your opinion for the question in the title of this thread? -

I honestly don't think there will ever be peace on earth. Some can try, but it won't happen. The main reason for this, is no matter what some people are going to hold grudges against someone else. I think the idea of peace on earth is just another idea, people have put out there that they want to happen, but they will never act upon it.

I think total isolation is the only way to truly achieve peace. People have a tendency to annoy other people just by existing. Once we develop cheap, effective virtual reality everyone will basically chill out as we trade this reality for a better one of our own design. One with less people in it, to be sure.

The idea that laws and peace can exist is foolish. True peace will never exist in a society with laws.

It can't be peaceful without laws either because there would still be crime and unpeaceful people.

The world can only have peace once all of the wars end.

There's peace,but it's temporary. There is no peace that lasts for an eternity. The world would be waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay different if that were the case.

Peace is something that's relative. Something I might think is peaceful others might not, for that reason I think there won't ever be peace for everyone.
(example, I find rain/lightning storms to be peaceful while most others probably don't. ) -

So this is what I have thought of:
Like everything, peace and war must dwell hand in hand. For example, with life comes death, and if there is no death and only life, then Earth will be over populated.
Likewise, if there is only peace and no war and people will not fight for Justice. Everybody will forgive each others and there may be injustice.
