I find that website to have accurate and unbiased information which is very good.
-
Personally I dont consider it trustworthy, but the whole "edit yourself" policy is getting fixed, much more people are checking the info people post.
-
Use Wiki's sources. That's where you'll find your trustworthy sites.
-
Yeah, it works as a reference for other sources, but it should never be cited as a source.
-
cer1992 NewbieI use it all gthe time for my research
-
you cant site it as a source for school stuff, but for stuff youre looking up its usually fine, depends what it is. if its something lots of people see and would correct if they know its wrong, it should be trustworthy. but if its some lesser known thing youre reading on there, it could be not completely true what ends up being on there.
-
SilverBlueMoon NoviceI use it along with at leat two other sites during research.
But...it once claimed that the Titanic sank after hitting a jelly donut, so I'm not sure how trustworthy it is... -
A couple years ago my friend saw that it said that Goerge Washington was abducted by aliens.
If you're just looking something up for your own amusement or curiosity, it usually should be alright. But for school you really should not use it as a source. But, in 2013-2014 or something like that, it should probably be a good reliable source considering that they are fixing the information and editing option. But probably in like 2014 would all the information be completely reliable. Now though, only some things might be good sources, but not for school or any type of grade -
Uncyclopedia is a lot more reliable.

I looked up something for a country I was doing for pictures, and it brought up a scarecrow... :/

If you search Dragon Ball on wikipedia, or at least when I did a couple years ago, all the 'Chi-Chi' spots had been replaced with 'The b----'
