Thread Topic: Compare Your Internet Personality To Your Real Personality
-
On The internet I probaly talk a lot more s--- then I do in real life. But I also seem to talk less on the internet than I do in real life. Also i seem to be more "open minded" When I'm online.... Your Turn :P
-
About the same, with a few adverse differences:
On the internet: I sound less retarded because I don't stutter on the internet. Not to mention, apparently compared from internet to real life, online I'm a lot more serious, a better debater (cause I have time to think), and amusing in different ways.
Offline: I'm a squeaky smartassed derp that draws and makes weird noises.
Get my gist? xD -
Internet: loudish, not afraid to be a b----, not afraid to voice opinion, i dont stutter, and just pretty much how i am on here
Real life: quietish until i get to know you (like with my best friend im not quiet at all and i am not afraid to voicemy opinions) but to others i appear shy and quiet, i dont curse much, expecially around family or teachers, i stutter alot. Expecially if im nervous (like when talking to my crush), and i also am smart and a bit more serious irl -
I'm really whiney and sensitive online. But in person I hide everything.
-
Internet:Happy, calm, talker
Reality: Sad, depressed. -
Online: Usually can rant like a smart person, I cuss a lot, my English isn't all weird, my Spanish is pretty good, I'm a really honest mean b----, etc.
Real Life: I stutter like crazy when I talk, I don't cuss a lot, my English gets really 'tangled' and I mix words up, same for Spanish, I'm a b---- but not just when I'm honest, etc. -
Same, an a--hole. I'm better at forming sentances in real life though. I f--- up typing quite often.
-
Internet: Happy and confident to talk to everyone and voice my opinions with honesty no matter what the consequences. I'm great with advice and making people feel great.
Real life: I'm more funny and super easy to get along with. People know my whole personality and my likes and dislikes. -
Online: I'm not afraid to say whatever the heck I want. I'm a bit more confident in what I say and do, and I'm more quick witted and can think of comebacks ina matter of seconds.
Offline: I still say what I want, but I'm a bit more shy about it. I am NOT quick witted offline though, and like Ting, I stutter sometimes. -
SilverBlueMoon NoviceOnline: Loud, outgoing, not afraid to voice my opinions. Rather extensive vocabulary. Rather private when it comes to personal stuff.
Life: Shy, quiet. Opinionated, but not brave enough to actually voice these opinions. Not very private, as I'll speak to my friends about anything. Funny, in an ironic sort of way. I'm known as the resident genuis at school. (I'm not, though-I just love to do independant studies, so I know more interesting yet random facts than most.) Artistic, creative. Singer, painter, writer...
Both: Mildly dyslexic-I try to copy everything onto a word document before posting so I can check for mistakes. Sometimes, that doesn't work, like the time I messed up "Fake" by thinking it was "ck", and confusing my "a" with "u." (Yeah, you can see how that was a bit of a problem...) -
On the Internet I'm not as afraid to rant and be a whiny bitch, but in real life I keep my mouth shut most of the time. And I have more confidence to say what I want online.
-
I'm about the same offline as online, but I don't cuss as much.
-
I'm the same except I cuss a lot more on here than in real life.
-
In real life I close myself off a bit more from people, and act more mature and adult like. Online I let out more of my craziness.
-
about like sports minus the stuttering.
