Weirdly, my biggest flaw is one of mt best qualities: conscientiousness. I tend to to be quite that, but in excessive on occasions. Which subsequently leads to paranoia and often leaves people upset with me somehow.
My best quality is my conscientiousness, weirdly again. When done in moderation, it can do a world of good. Also, my openness. -

Biggest Flaw: I can't let go of things, and if I want to do something, I can't get it out of my mind until I do it or lose interest.
Best Quality: I try to make others happy before I make myself happy... most of the time. -

Quality: Perseverance when I do something, and being a perfectionist. -

Weirdly enough, my biggest flaw is also my best quality
I tend to overworry and try too hard to make things perfect (this is a very bad thing, I will spend hours obsessing about a spot on the wall if the paint is slightly peeling.) however, this is what makes me very good at what I do, so I can't complain. -
In real life my flaw I'm over protective of friends and family.
My best quality is my inteligence. -
My biggest flaw is that I'm so damn stubborn!
My best quality I guess is that I'm great at helping people when they need it :) If that doesn't count... I guess my individuality? -
Flaw: I get aggressive when people make me angry.
Quality: I'm a very nice person if you respect me and my things! :) -
Flaws: when ever I talk to people, I'm loud because I kind of never really met someone before who's the same age as me, and it makes people get annoyed... And my Shyness... Whenever I talk to grown ups... -.-
Quality: I'm not should if I even have one... But I'm guessing my cleverness to make stuff out of things to keep my dogs down stairs away from my cats... Oh and fixing stuff... -
I'm a perfectionist. I try to make everything organized, flowing, and in it's own place, whether in art or real life. I get irritated when things try to change it. It's both a weakness and strength, I suppose. I tend to get overwhelmed when I see a mounting hill of disorder and wrong in life, but I usually pull through and end up happy in the end.
