If there was a fire in my house, and I wouldn't be able to save Bella (my cat). She lives most of the time in the basement, and I know if I was upstairs she'd have no chance, especially if the fire was already spreading downstairs. I have a fear of fire as it is, and I just want my parents, and my kitty, to make it out alive.

Cats, like all animals, have really kicked up senses. Bella would sense the fire before you would, and would get away from it quickly. Don't worry, cats are really good at stuff like that.

The Geek NoviceCats have 9 lives and can survive quite a lot. A friends cat got ran over by a car and survived so cats can survive quite a bit.
