If you ever get the chance, you should really tell your mom that's it's not as dangerous as the media makes it look. Juarez is a little dangerous, but not very ((unless you're traveling or walking around alone.))
Anyway, the media just tries to get people to believe those types of stories so they can't get higher ratings and s---.
It's actually a lot more dangerous in this country, because in Mexico there really isn't such a thing as random mass murders in public places, most of the violence is domestic.
