That therapy session yesterday really helped, I feel so much better. And I got my mood stabilizers this morning so there should be a difference in my behavior. Actually now that I think of it, I've been a lot happier this morning. They're still drowning the problem out but it's not like I have a say in what enters my body....oh well at least I'm happyish...
