Oop I feel you tho- I remember my therapist wanting to get me on antidepressants but my mum being like NO SHE DOESNT NEED THAT so she never brought it up again which was fun-

Omfg no why is that so real- and the misgendering too like mum you’re not helping- my therapist literally told me, ‘hey um we talked about using pronouns and your mum told me that you had already talked about pronouns and that she was always using them but she misgendered you five minutes later so like-‘ (we had talked about pronouns once and she had never used them)

Yeah dude it was a WILD book. Plus it's just the fact that the second she saw me holding it she went "oh you weren't supposed to find that-" like HUH?! At least dad had the guts to ask if I was ok once he saw it, like Jesus f---ing CHRIST (dude when I went on goodreads for the first time it asked me what books I liked and I said YA fantasy with lgbt themes because gAy and it noticed that I was looking at a lot of trans books, went "Oh, you might like this one!" and recommended THAT f---ING BOOK) Ok but the song Lovely Ladies has a mock book like it with the cover saying Lovely Ladies and it has a diamond hole on the girl instead of a circle hole like the real book and I saw it and went "this is gonna be a hell of a music video-" and it was and I loved it and it's off topic but anygays-
