probs like a week or so ago my dog (keep in mind he a dachshund so he π jus a smol lil guy) was stupid enough to fight our other dog (an aussie, MASSIVE compared to him and the two hate each other to millenniums) and they were literally going hard at each other and not stopping
dachshund boi was bleeding but STILL being stupid nd trying to tear into the aussie, aussie got no wounds whatsoever
i kinda jus heard my dog bark outside and thought "uh oh" so i ran outside to see them trying to rip into each other tooth and claw nonstop
it was probs dumb of me but i jus barreled into the two and covered the smaller dog with my back before picking him up and turning away
pretty sure the aussie meant to aim for the dachshund, but he ended up biting my arm and leg
i had a coat on at the time which i had put on for measures in case i had gotten bit which was a good thing for me to do bc it served as a kind of protective barrier
keep in mind this was a thick coat, but the aussie still managed to puncture my arm and leg and turns out he blew a vein in my wrist which i had to get medical help for
they're fine tho which is good, the dachshund got a relatively big scratch on his stomach and a few bite marks on his leg. i feel so bad for him but he's better now after we got it treated and gave him sum treats, nd they weren't rlly that deep nor that severe in the first place. the only place he was bleeding was his stomach but it only bled not a lotta time after the two were separated
the aussies fine too, i gave him sum treats nd checked for wounds after nd he was unscathed which was good -

Grass is a plant with narrow leaves growing from the base. A common kind of grass is used to cover the ground in a lawn and other places. Grass gets water from the roots in the ground. Grasses are monocotyledon, herbaceous plants.
The grasses include the "grass", of the family Poaceae (also called Gramineae). Also sometimes it is used to include the sedges (Cyperaceae) and the rushes (Juncaceae). These three families are not closely related but belong to different clades in the order Poales. They are similar adaptations to a common life-style.
The true grasses include cereals, bamboo and the grasses of lawns (turf) and grassland. Uses for graminoids include food (as grain, sprouted grain, shoots or rhizomes), drink (beer, whisky), pasture for livestock, thatching thatch, paper, fuel, clothing, insulation, construction, sports turf, basket weaving and many others.
Many grasses are short, but some grasses, like bamboo can grow very tall. Plants from the grass family can grow in many places, even if they are very cold or very dry. Several other plants that look similar but are not members of the grass family are also sometimes called grass; these include rushes, reeds, papyrus, and water chestnut.
Grasses are an important food for many animals, like deer, buffalo, cattle, mice, grasshoppers, caterpillars, and many other grazers. Unlike other plants, grasses grow from the bottom, so when animals eat grass they usually do not destroy the part that grows. Without grass, dirt can wash away into rivers (erosion).
Graminoids include some of the most versatile plant life-forms. They became widespread toward the end of the Cretaceous. Fossilized dinosaur dung (coprolites) have been found containing grass phytoliths (silica stones inside grass leaves). Grasses have adapted to conditions in lush rain forests, dry deserts, cold mountains and even intertidal habitats, and are now the most widespread plant type. Grass is a valuable source of food and energy for many animals.
Lawn grass is often planted on sports fields and in the area around a building. Sometimes chemicals and water is used to help lawns to grow.
People have used grasses for a long time. People eat parts of grasses. Corn, wheat, barley, oats, rice and millet are cereals, common grains whose seeds are used for food and to make alcohol such as beer.
Sugar comes from sugar cane, which is also a plant in the grass family. People have grown grasses as food for farm animals for about 4,000 years. People use bamboo to build houses, fences, furniture and other things. Grass plants can also be used as fuel, to cover roofs, and to weave baskets.
In English, the word "grass" appears in several phrases. For example:

im dead π (biologically speaking I am, in fact, alive. However, to emphasize how hilarious I found the post just made, I made a hyperbolic statement saying that I was dead because it implies that I found the joke so funny I ceased to live. However, I am indeed alive and well so there is no need for you all to worry. I was simply employing the tactic of figurative language in order to better and more effectively communicate my message. Additionally, using slang and sayings commonly employed by the youth has made my message more understandable and reachable by the younger generation, many of whom are in this chat. For example, I could have said "that joke was a real knee slapper". This would have made sense to some of the older people in this chat as knee slapping used to be a sign of hilarity. However, in this digital age in which we now live, knee slapping is not as common and many of today's youth may not understand the reference. I therefore made my message more understandable to younger people through my use of simple, easily understood slang. I hope this clears everything up, and I appreciate any concern that I was actually dead. I can assure you I am alive and well.)
