/j but on a serious note this actually made my decade, i rlly appreciate her mentioning me even if we haven't spoken in ablittle bit. her bday was on aug 25 or sum n i hopped on disc since an UNGODLY amount of time to wish her a happy bday which was the first time we've spoken in probs like a week (maybe less), but we still spoke nonetheless -

i think sebastian's dying and idk what to do im freaking out
i dont THINK he's dying because he's just a dachshund and im pretty sure he's turning 7 this september but he's been so fatigued lately, like he wont even climb the stairs. he wont eat or drink much and hes not even remotely interested in walks anymore. he'll come with me on them but he doesn't jump up like he did around two weeks ago -
im trying my best not to cry at the thought and trying my best not to think much on it but its so hard not to. i think he still has a while but his behaviors concerning and other family members are noticing it

hes been like a best friend to me for five or so years when we first got him. he was a rescue dog and we kinda just stuck together and built a bond from that
for the first three years it really felt like he was all i had and i really dont want to think that he'd be leaving. he's still going to live, dachshunds die when they're like 12-15 but we've never had a dachshund (or dog for that matter) long enough for it to die. seb's really the first one my parents committed to because the other's were foster dogs
