okay so basically autistic people (or people in general idk, but ik it’s part of autism lmao) know which people drain or replenish their energy levels so they’ll avoid those who drain it, those they tolerate it, and go towards the ones who replenish it when in low energy levels
i pretty much always have low energy levels (except for yesterday and today this morning lmao) so that explains why i avoid everyone i ‘tolerate’ or who drains my energy levels
there’s only one person who genuinely replenishes my energy levels tbh, my mum -
so who replenishes ur levels and who doesn’t is basically who’s company u enjoy ig :]
that explains it better, bc she’s the only person im willing to talk to and joke with even with a migraine or when im just tired and nauseous -
ex. my half lil brother and step dad just completely drain my energy so i avoid them like the plague lmao, my step dad gets rlly upset when i don’t ask for his opinions on thingamajigs and instead jus ask for my mum’s opinions (which is a lot) n ill feel bad but honestly it’s a habit of mine to only ask for opinions i genuinely want to hear, at least irl bc online i somehow have ablittle more mannerisms bc i am oblivious asf irl
