so i had a really bad anxiety attack today haha-
well i walked out of my room and my dad was on the kitchen floor, so i asked what was wrong and my mom said, “he just cut himself, but he doesn’t do well with cuts. it’s ok, don’t worry.”
so my dad was on the floor and my mom told me to get him some water. he told me where his water cup was and i got it, and i asked if he wanted ice. he didn’t answer. i asked if he wanted more water. he didn’t answer. so at this point, i started to panic, wondering if my das was ok or not, and that’s when he haaaad to say, “i stabbed my hand with a screwdriver.” haha, yeah, so that gave me a very serious anxiety attack because i can’t work with someone hurting themself and it gives me a s--- ton of anxiety. and what made it worse was that when i started to hyperventilate, he was like, “no, this is not the time to freak out, this is the time to HELP ME.” so he obviously doesn’t understand that when i get an anxiety attack, i literally CANT STOP hyperventilating until a bit of time has passed. and he made it WORSE by making me panic MORE because i felt like i needed to help him but i know i couldn’t. yeah. so that was my morning -

so my sister knows a few people supposedly with npd (narcissistic personality disorder) and she said that because she hates those few people, she hates literally every single person with npd. what the actually f--- is wrong with her, that’s so terrible

i’m very not ok today.
anxiety attack/s? check. two of them, actually. one was minor and the other was really bad
crying? check. i cried at least four times so far
and something else but i’m not saying -
totally didn’t try extremely f---ing hard not to start crying when i was listening to “You Will Be Found” from Dear Evan Hansen while in the car with my mom today
‘cause like today was a really bad day and i’ve bed very emotionally and mentally unstable and that song really pulled some heart strings -

i’m doing better than earlier, that’s for sure. i’m not all too bad right now, went shopping, got a couple things, blasted music, and that helped. but i could do better. i’ll hopefully feel better by tomorrow. tysm for asking cats <3
