but if you do, and your family asks why, just tell them it was a panic attack, which aren’t triggered by anything

its that feeling where you know you f---ed up and obviously pissed off someone really close to you
and like they’re yelling and yelling gets you anxious and you know your insides are getting messed up and- -
you were doing okay today, and you were so happy when there were no bees at the park so you avoided having an anxiety attack today. you’re avoiding it now but

the day that she didn't choose to wipe her tears away

this was the reason she cried.
she didn't even bother to try
to run away from it.
'cause it's tiring to run away from s---.
these are her new memories now
i'm not saying they're good ones,
'cause i know they're not.
so she's holding to her old ones with the strength she's got -
there's people telling her to walk away
when others tell her that's she'll be okay
as long as she strives to live in the moment
but what if that moment is what's making her broken? -
she overthinks, and she can't sleep
doesn't even have the strength to weep
she tries to live, but what gets in the way?
her OCD.
her anxiety.
her wish to be free
from the drowning waves in the deep blue sea -

why is that whenever i come out as genderfluid to literally ANYONE, no one ever asks what my pronouns are or anything. like "hey, my gender's changed." and no, "oh cool. what r ur prns?" like does no one care if they use my preferred prns or not. ik they change and you don't have to ask every day or anything but you can at least ask when i come out to you
