Exercise. Eating well. Basically anything where you take care of yourself. It's simple but it helps.

Drawing in the spot that you would usually cut with a red ink marker or pen helps...
Exercising can give a high. Very different, but a good high still. Planks are very painful if you hold them a long time, that might be good. Exercising is seriously one of the best.

XD gee i dunno. Maybe not hurtimg yourself? Listen i hate to be insensitive but you really leave no choice: if your dumb enough to think that physically damaging yourself is gonna help your problems, then get professional help. Or grow some balls and just face your real problems.
Its an act of pity mongering more often than not and if you're one of the very very rare, almost unheard of cases who actually cant help themselves, your very cracked. Have yourself commited -

If you think im impolite cause i wont coddle the attempt of the emotionally retarded to validate themselves, then sue me. But i have enough respect for your intelligence to offer that its just sub human reasoning, and its just not neccesery. -
Another good one is to take ice and hold it in your hands over a sink however tightly or long you want to, then drop it. It's quite effective when there is an urge...
Make sure, of course, that you've identified what makes you want to cut first. Otherwise these will prove rather pointless. You have to address the problems in your life. Maybe you are already past this step -- just in case, I thought I'd mention it. -
if you really want to self harm for some dumb reason, use a rubber band and put it on your wrist. you should be able to figure out what to do with it.

For me, I use music or hard candy when I'm upset. Although I've never cut myself, I think my tension releases when I listen to a happy song or I can just crush all of my anger into that candy until it finally breaks and I can rest easy. Sorry if this doesn't help.
