When you're 16, you take many naked pictures of your 16 year old enthusiastically consenting girlfriend. You break up a year later, amd offer to destroy the pictures but she says you can keep them.
You put them away and find them 15 years later, is ok to masterbate to them at that point? -

In all fairness, if you deleted them from your computer when you were 16, they would still be in the data for the rest of that Computer's life. So having them EVER can come back to bite you. Legality wasn't the question. Morality was the question.
And morally, I'm going to be totally honest here. Have yourself one last good spank and then delete them. They'll bring you nothing but strife. -
