My uncle is a vegetarian but this morning, when I asked him what he wanted for breakfast he was like "Eggs"
And I told him that I thought eggs were actually "meaty" but he said eggs were a vegetable since there was nothing "meaty" about it and I told him that eggs can't be a vegetable since it comes from a chicken and what not, the argument went on but in the end we agreed to disagree...
So my question is.. What do you think? Is an egg a vegetable and acceptable as a diet for vegetarians or not? -
actually I think vegetarians might eat eggs, and its vegans that don't... I'm not sure though, I could never be either one.

Vegan's don't eat anything that comes from anmals. Which means no eggs, milk, etc. I think it's weird because not all animals are tortured or something. Though i should by from farms that treat their animals well. But it's there choice.

Um...went vegitarian for a month and about died without meat. I always ate vegtables and fruits. I'm a carnivore, no lie. Dont understand how people can live like that.
But I dont think vegitarians eat eggs though. -
Vegetarians (talking about from choice here as vegetarian because of illness is a whole other kettle of fish) don't eat meat but they eat eggs because the eggs we eat couldn't have been an animal. Vegans don't eat anything that comes from animals as they feel it's taking advantage of the animals. I can't believe you people hadn't heard of vegans XD In the end unless they're the vegetarians that are constantly trying to force you to become a vegetarian it's non of your business what they eat.

I'm starting to hate the smell of meat. I WUV every vegetable and fruit. There good and full of protein and healthy sources. But, Vegans don't eat eggs. Vegetarians eat eggs. Eggs arent precisely meat, even though they came out of a chicken, Vegetarians find it still good to eat.

Vegans don't eat eggs,cheese,milk-any animal products.Even some junkfood that contains anything made with animal stuff.
Vegetarians just avoid meat I think.
