Are you people so blind that you CANNOT SEE how anti-womanMitt Romney is?
Johnson was a better choice. >.> -
I thought most women wanted Obama in. xP
I literally say f--- politics. All these people are just destroying the country. -
Funny thing is most women that want romney are racist
-
I want no one for president. Honestly, I'm starting to think the one-man/corrupt congress idea isn't exactly working. No, I am not advocating communism.

Only in english do we have a word that fits it so well. "Poli" in latin meaning "many, and "tics" meaning "blood sucking creatures".

dw1996 NewbieWomen don't vote any differently than men, not significantly anyway. I'm really fed up with how politics seems to be reduced to dividing people into groups.
-
I agree with dw.
-
kidonastick NewbiePolitics do split up between demographics.
Men, women, Jews, blacks, gays, whites. I know for a fact that most minority demographics will vote for the person that supports them most. -
There are certain groups who are known to vote one way as opposed to another. Jews for example vote overwhelmingly Democratic, and politically speaking are quite liberal. Blacks also vote overwhelmingly Democratic, but that doesn't neccessarily reflect their politics as a whole. Many black people who vote for one their own if that person were a Republican. The black community is more conservative than you might think. They are very religious, and as a result many are opposed to abortion and gay marraige, and are likely to vote with someone who strongly identifies with their faith. Blacks also make up a large chunk of our military personnel, and are therefore part of another group that votes overwhelmingly Republican. But women don't vote too differently from men. Really what makes people like Romney look bad is that he's a man who wants to take away reproductive rights from women, as do many people in his party. But it's hard to call him "anti-woman" because many women support agree with his veiws.

tounge, are you racist? or you just plain out judge people, trust me i know many black people, and even though the ones you know are like this not all are
-
kidonastick NewbieI don't get how that was racist at all.
He's just telling the truth. -
Where's the racism in tongue's post?
-
He's not racist. He does it based on statistics and actual facts. Jesus fish, you can't just come in and tell someone they're racist because of one little thing they said that was of no significance.
-
Tongue is most definitely not racist. >.>

Every white person will be called a racist at some point, regardless of their politics or whether they are actually racist. People as a whole, regardless of skin color, are usually pretty sensitive to general statements regarding social groups, their own especially. But it is important to try and distinguish between facts and valid observations and all-out racist smears. I'll give you an example that I run into alot as someone of Jewish heritage: It is a fact to say that there is a disproportionately high number of Jews in the financial or entertainment industry. It is a fact that Jews earn a higher income as a whole than the rest of the population. It is racism, however, when people say Jews are greedy and that they are part of broad conspiracy to control the world. I've even heard some people say we are responsible for 9/11. If there is not definitive evidence for your claim regarding a racial/ethnic group, it is a product of ignorance or hate. It has been proven that blacks vote largely Democratic, that they are highly religious, and are well-represented in our military. It has not been proven that black people as a group like fried chicken and grape soda, so to say that would be racist. Nothing I said in my last post wasn't based in documented facts.
