Christina Grimmie (on youtube zeldaxlove64) died too. If it wasn't a gay club there would be no attack

I've been hearing a lot about this. The motive was not religion but simply because the shooter witnessed two men kissing in public, allegedly. I bet you if it were a straight couple, the shooter wouldn't care. He most likely would've walked right along and went on with his day. Keep in mind that this guy is homophobic for no specific reason. Now, I'm tired of people saying that he was doing a good deed by killing innocent gay people just trying to have fun in one of the few places they feel safe. I don't care what your excuse is to say this. I don't care. These were innocent people. They did nothing intentional to be murdered. This was a hate crime. Don't say it wasn't because it was. You literally can't be safe anywhere anymore. Malls, concerts, clubs, restaurants, movie theaters, and even school. Schools. America is screwed. We need some strict gun laws. We need to perform thorough background checks on these people trying to purchase guns and the peoole that already have guns. I don't care who you are. We are allowed to purchase guns solely based on the fact that we have the right to, nothing else. The guy didn't even know these people personally. This was an act of violence against people just trying to have a good time. They didn't have any bad intentions. Don't you dare tell me that we should be allowed to keep our guns. No other county in the world experiences this type of violence. It's a serious problem that needs to be fixed. It's only getting worse and worse. I'm going to say it again. Don't you dare tell me we should be allowed to keep our guns because of our right to with no caution taken. Nothing but the guy and the gun killed the victims. This was a hate crime. Thank you for reading this. I don't care about any other opinion that goes against mine because no one has common sense anymore. Action needs to be taken now.

Kaden. He called the police in the middle of the attack and pledged his alligance to ISIS.
-
You think saying that it is a gun free zone is gonna stop a criminal? You think they are gonna say "oh it's a gun free zone I better not come here with a gun" no they will say "oh this a gun free zone now there is no one else her with a gun to stop me"

True; it wasn't because of religion. It was because of the gay folks. I am a strong supporter of being straight because I do not, I repeat, NOT, think that we can't control who we love and that bs. But I can say that it was still very unjust for that person to take away their lives. That was going way out the ball park. It's terrifying in lots of way. True, that person was homophobic. But that still didn't mean that that person had to KILL them. How could someone do something like that? Like, we all have our opinions, and there's lots of very controversial points, but why kill?
Alas, there isn't much that can be done to control this outburst. The murderer did pledge his allegiance to ISIS. There isn't much to be done to prevent an outburst again. There's lots of measures to be taken, but none can fully guarantee anything. :/ -
He was gay himself. He had a wife and kids but he had was having an affair with a man. So I don't think he did it cause they were gay. He was a security guard there also.
-
Michael, it doesn't matter if he was a member of ISIS or not. I know that he was an ISIS member. It doesn't matter if he was having an affair with a man or not or if he had kids and a wife. If he was actually gay, why would he kill gay people? Tell me how that makes sense. It doesn't make sense. Yes, it was a gun free zone. He still had a gun. We need stricter laws.
-
Why would you kill anyone, not just gays. Also he purchased the guns illegally.
-
We're talking about Orlando. Yes, you shouldn't should anyone unless you are acting in self defense when your life is actually at risk. Okay, he purchased the gun illegally. That's just another example of why we need better gun laws. There's too much talk and not enough action.

*shouldn't shoot

Pull your head out of your ass, Nonsense. Yes, the massacre was allegedly started because he saw men making out, but I think that's a bit bulls---, considering his wife both drove him to the club and attempted to talk him down, not to mention his repeated rants at the mosque he visited about how he was going to kill gays 'for Allah.' On top of the fact that he'd been interrogated by the FBI for radicalization in the past.
Regardless of the exact trigger, the fact remains that Omar's hatred for gays stemmed from his Islamic beliefs. The shooter proclaimed his love for ISIS, a radical Muslim terrorist organization, mid massacre. How can you say he's homophobic for no reason when the book he follows explicitly calls for him to massacre gays?
Islam hates gays, this isn't some new belief. Every country that operates under Sharia law kills hundreds of gays a month, and the majority of Muslims believe your country would be better under such laws. Pull your head out of ass and realize that it's not his gun that caused the shooting, but his morals and beliefs.
God, the only people worse than you are the idiots are who immediately claimed that the entire thing was an inside job by the government to accomplish...and then they go quiet.
Also, he acquired all his guns legally, but gun control ain't the answer. Sure, it worked for other countries, but you guys just have too many guns. It's part of your culture. All you'll be doing is disarming people who need to defend themselves, like say, the fifty dead in Orlando?
f---ing retards. When are we getting another crusade? Time to push the mudslimes back again. It's like we're stuck in the prisoner dilemma, but you guys keep cooperating and getting screwed over instead of fighting back. Tit for tat, guys. Nothing else works. -
^assuming that 50 of those f---ing people would consider bringing a damn gun to a gAY BAR FOR f--- SAKES
-
-Be part of a minority that is commonly oppressed or targeted for violence
-Rely on Aids to protect you.
-Carry no other form of protection
Yea, yea, I agree; why would gays ever need weapons? Self defense? Never heard of it.
It's like you WANT to get shot in a bar with 49 other people.
You don't need fifty people to carry a gun. Only one, and this whole tragedy could have been avoided. One person is not a stretch of the imagination.
Besides, guns give you tons of ass. Just imagine how much puss the girl who killed Omar would have gotten. I'd bring a gun to a bar, would make a nice conversation piece.
Guns for self defense is a perfectly fine choice in America, and statistically speaking, several of the deceased probably conceal carried and WOULD have been doing so had the bar not been declared a gun free zone.
