Kitty ran after Chad and the two were engulfed in darkness as the door swung shut.

"That was close." Chad said while panting. "Can you lead?"

Kitty shook herself and walked on, pausing every once and a while to look around.

Chad smiled to himself. "Good job, Kitty."

After several minutes of walking, another door was found. Kitty paced back and forth in front of it.

Chad went to go open the door. "Can you look inside and tell me if it is safe?"

Kitty nodded and stood back a little. She didn't wish to be hit by the door when it did open.

"Ok. Take a look." Chad opened the door.

Kitty looked through the door to find..........the forest.

"Is it safe?"

Kitty looked around before walking back to Chad and nodding her head.

"Ok." Chad opened the door.

Standing there, right in front of the door, was an eight year old girl. She looked very frightened, and was shaking.

Middy walked into another cat and said,"Watchit!"
Yeah, Middy could speak human. -
"Whoa! Are you ok?" Chad went up to the girl to comport her. "It's going to be ok."
