The cat was laying on it's side, breathing heavily. It was able to free all of it's brothers and sisters from the depths of IT, but with a price.

"Oh man, you look terrible. I'm taking you back to the house." Chad picked up the cat and began to walk back to the house.

'You can't go out there. The creature lives. In the form of a child.' she told him 'I saw it all.'

The cat rested against Chad, listening to his slow, steady heartbeat.

"Man! How are we going to find It!" he set the cat down on the bed.

Ainsley noticed that he'd already left. 'No.' she mouthed

'Who knows.' Ainsley replied -
"What?" He was confused by what Ainsley ment. "What do you mean 'no'?"

'The creature is nearby.' she told him. 'It's close. And it's got a horde of animals as an army.'

The cat listened to Chad and Ainsley's conversation. She (yes, the cat is a girl) was getting tired of being called 'the cat'.
