Wysteria then dived deep into the lake, taking Ava along with her. She formed an air bubble around Ava's head so she could breath. "How are you feeling?" she asked.

"Scared but fine". Ava had never been into the lake and looked around her eyes huge.

The water in the lake was a murky green, but once the eyes adjusted it was a magnificient sight. All sorts of fish and plant life, a large underwater castle, and at least a hundred merfolk.

Ava giggled as a fish swam past her. She no longer felt scared.

Wysteria smiled "We should be safe here, the first Water Lord's spell has kept every underwater city safe for thousands of years."

"Thats good to know". Ava looked at the castle. It was huge.

"Can you swim alright?" Wysteria asked.

"yeah i feel so free in this lake".

Wysteria smiled and swam toward the castle, using her powerful tail to leave Ava surrounded by bubbles. She giggled, and said "Common slow poke!"

Ava giggled and swam up behind Wysteria. She looked up at the castle as they swam nearer to it.

Many of the merfolk stared at Ava as they passed, whispering to one another. "Hello Wysteria!" said a guy around the age of 16 "How are you?" "I'm fine, thanks Leon." Wysteria replied.

Ava looked at all the merfolk and smailed as she passed them.

"And who's this?" Leon asked, swimming up to Ava "This is Ava. Ava, this is my brother Leon." Wysteria said. "Pleasure to meet you Ava.

"Hello". Ava blushed for she felt shy.
