"I admire that," he whispered, reached up to lightly caress Trenton's cheek.

Trenton blushed. "R-Really?" he stuttered.

Preston nodded and stood up to kiss his cheek. "Really," he whispered, his warm breath tickling the skin just below Trenton's ear.

Goosebumps danced on Trenton's skin as he felt Preston's breath hitting his skin. "W-Why?"

"Because it's something I've never had."

Trenton bit his lip. "Why not? You deserve it.."

"I had it when I was little... But it was stolen... I stole it from myself." His gaze shifted to the grass.

"Why..?" Trenton bit his bottom lip once again.

"It seems pointless to try and keep what I couldn't have."

"Awwww.. Preston... You don't deserve that pain." Trenton put his soft lips to Preston's sweetly.

The boy sighed into the kiss, his heart practically melting. But I do.

Trenton pulled back slowly afterwards.

Preston's heart sank a bit at the lack of contact. He gazed up at Trenton, his eyes full of admiration and longing. Though these were dominant, the angst in the background couldn't go unnoticed.
