Gio took Ivan's hand again.

Ivan held his hand tightly. "So you want me to make lunch, or do you wanna go out for lunch?"

"It doesn't matter to me, Ivan. I guess whichever seems best for you."

"I suppose we shouldn't really expose you to more germs, so I guess we'll just go home."

"Kay," Giovanni nodded softly, pulling up the collar of his jacket.

Ivan got in the car, turning it on.

Gio got in with him, just staring at the arm where he had been given the shot.

Ivan drove them home quickly.

He was silent for the majority of the ride.

Ivan parked the car and got out.

Giovanni got out with him.

Ivan walked in and took his shoes and coat off and noticed a note when he was putting the keys away. It was from Elli and Alec. The hospital had called saying something had changed with Demetri. Ivan was a bit shocked they hadn't called him and told him. He sighed, crumpling the note and putting it in his pocket.

"Is anything wrong?" Giovanni asked worriedly, noticing the sigh come from the Russian male. "Is everything okay?"

"Something changed with Demetri at the hospital, so Elli and Alec are over there. I know you've had enough of hospitals and doctors for the day, so I will stay here with you."

"No. No, Ivan. If something changed then you have to go with them. I can stay here. It's okay Ivan, really it is."
