"I'm 18. Going on 19 in a few months. How about you?" he asked, relieved that there was no more silence.

"Just turned 18 a few weeks ago," he said.

"Ah, so I'm older," he chuckled.

"Yeah yeah, whatever. I've gotten enough s--- from my older sister. I don't need any more from you."

He stayed silent for a second. "I didn't mean anything by it."

Tray felt kinda bad. "Oh, sorry." he murmured.

"That's fine. I know how it feels to have older siblings."

"Really? Sisters or brothers? Or both?" he asked, curious.

"Brothers. It gets pretty bad," he sighed.

"I can only imagine. I have four little brothers, two of which are twins, and they are a pain in the ass. I can't even think what it would be like to have older brothers."

"Ouch, dude, why such a big family?" he said, given a little pained expression to back up his remark.

"My aunt died and we got her kids. Tthe twins are biologically related to me, but the other brothers are my cousins." he explained.
