"I am kinda thirsty. And you're the only thing that can make me feel better," Connor said, smiling lovingly up at Shiloh.

Shiloh smiled back. "I'm glad that I am. I'll get some water." He kissed him softly and went to a lucky nearby vending machine. He also got a paper cup and came back in.

Connor closed his eyes and just laid there. It was just starting to settle in that he had killed somebody.

He came back and sat down on the edge of the bed, making sure not to do anything to cause Connor discomfort. He poured some water into the cup and gave to him. "Here you go, love."

Connor looked at Shiloh and smiled. "Thank you, dear prince," he said, taking a drink.

Shiloh brushed some hair out of Connor's face and smiled. "Of course, dear knight."

Connor smiled sweetly and put a hand on Shiloh's cheek.

"You're so sweet. I don't know how anyone could hurt you like this." Shiloh thought almost bitterly, wishing Connor didn't have to be in such pain.

"It's okay, Shiloh. I'm just glad you didn't get hurt. You're the one she wanted to kill, and yet I'm the one who almost dies." Connor chuckled bitterly.

"I don't want to even think of you dying. You're the most important thing in my life." A tear softly fell down Shiloh's cheek, though he wiped it away quickly.

Connor forced him self to sit up, even though it hurt. He pulled Shiloh into his arms and hugged him as tightly as he could without hurting himself too bad. I won't let my self die. And I won't let you die, either.

Shiloh, though quite surprised, hugged Connor back gently. "Nor will I let us die, as well. We still have a life to live together, and eternity after that. I only want it all to be with you." He smiled and kissed the other's forehead softly.

Connor kissed Shiloh gently and smiled then laid back down, sitting up becoming too painful. "I love you so much."

"I love you too, Connor." The prince kissed back, letting him lay back down to be comfortable. "Is there anything else you'd like me to get for you?"

Connor shook his head. "We'll probably have to travel back to your time for me to heal, since I'm supposed to be about twelve in this year."
